Rosalind started as a Jedi.Tax client then decided to become a tax preparer. Rosalind has over 15 years experience customer service in the healthcare industry. This involved guiding  patients through the insurance process, and obtaining payments for providers. She also worked under the guidance of a CPA using Quickbooks to create business returns for a former employer. She  completed the required annual 16-hour training from New York State Tax Department.
